Kennel Description
Keigley Branch Buck (HUCK)
NAVHDA NA Prize I (110) | UT Prize II (198)
Huck is a proven, versatile hunting dog from Keigley Branch Pudelpointers (Central Iowa), offering an ideal balance of performance ability and family temperament.
In the field, Huck is a wider-ranging yet meticulous hunter with a very strong prey drive. He is a strong upland dog with extensive pheasant experience, known for long, accurate tracks and reliable retrieves. He marks fallen birds exceptionally well, loves the water, and is unfazed by cold water conditions. Huck has the drive, stamina, and mental toughness to hunt all day, and is always eager to work.
At home, Huck is an outstanding family dog with a reliable off-switch. He is very well mannered, easy to train, and loves to snuggle with kids, making him as enjoyable in the house as he is in the field.
Huck consistently passes on natural ability, cooperation, endurance, and temperament, making him an excellent stud prospect for breeders focused on both NAVHDA testing and in the field hunting.
