Willow is a calm and collected Pudelpointer that is an amazing family dog, very good around kids, other dogs, and loves to kick back on the couch with the family. She is 24” tall at the shoulders and is 37” long, weighing around 60 pounds. Her coat is medium length and dense. She is a medium-ranging dog, typically hunting between 40-160 yards depending on the terrain and is very deliberate about her hunting. Willow has an extremely soft mouth and a great nose, often pointing birds at great distance.
On short hunts Willow typically runs 12-15 miles and has put on 28 miles on long days in chukar country. Her feet have held up very well in high desert conditions.
At the duck blind she is quiet and extremely calm, often sitting for hours in her blind without moving or making a noise.
